The Communications, Marketing & Education, Customer Service and Retirement Benefits Topical Interest Committees are looking for new members!
Here is some information and qualifications for committee participation:
The Communications, Marketing & Education Topical Interest Committee works to give their organization’s audiences the clearest, most accurate picture of employee benefits for church workers. If you lead or are involved in marketing, communications or education for your organization and you want to share insights with other CBA organizations, please join us!
The Customer Service Topical Interest Committee was formed to leverage our combined experience and knowledge related to customer service best practices. The CBA Customer Service Committee has presented at the last 4 consecutive CBA Annual Meetings. We are now looking to expand our group and invite those who are interested to join our monthly calls and meet with us on December 3rd in Jacksonville, Florida prior to this year’s CBA Annual Meeting. We look forward to participants joining us who are eager to discuss all critical matters that are relevant in order to provide premier client engagement.
The Retirement Benefits Topical Interest Committee provides a forum for CBA members to discuss the challenges of managing a modern retirement plan for clergy and other church employees. Committee sessions focus on issues of plan design, funding, member services and compliance for defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
Our association topical interest committees are the backbone of the organization. Committee members work together to help run and shape the association. By getting involved, you'll gain knowledge and insight into the church benefit industry through the exchange of ideas and interaction with fellow colleagues.
Please email Kimberly Libucki at email@example.com if you are interested in participating.
